The carpeting in this Bel Air office suite was covered in water. The Before Photo is after our SERVPRO water restoration technicians had suctioned out most of the standing water. The walls absorbed some water and were non-salvageable at the base. We cut out a two-foot section for drying out the wall cavity and replacement of the sheetrock. The carpeting was discarded as per the instructions of the proprietor as he wished new flooring. The plywood sheets were carefully dried and dehumidified to prevent separation of the laminated layers. This effort saves money for our client, and he was pleased with our efforts.
